The central design showcases the official emblem of the Arab League enclosed within a ring of thirteen interlocking chains, representing the solidarity, unity, and unbroken bond among the participating member nations. The edge inscriptions prominently detail the summit's title, "ARAB LEAGUE HEADS OF STATE COUNCIL," and its Arabic equivalent, "Majlis Muluk wa Ru'asa' Duwal al-Jami'ah al-Arabiyah" (مجلس ملوك ورؤساء دول الجامعة العربية).
